Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC seeks a Hospital Readiness Systems Coordinator to drive NHSN reporting and pediatric readiness across Indiana hospitals. The role combines in-person collaboration with remote coordination to advance quality improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure (BSN preferred) and 3–5 years in hospital quality improvement, with exposure to NHSN and lean Six Sigma concepts. This contract, hybrid position involves state-wide engagement.

Qualifications

• BSN or RN with hospital-based experience.
• Preference for CPHQ or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• 3–5 years in hospital quality improvement.
• Experience coordinating federal NHSN reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital facilities for NHSN automated reporting in Indiana.
• Develop statewide pediatric readiness and QA guidelines.
• Create training materials for NHSN onboarding and dashboard use.
• Provide onboarding services to hospitals and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hospitals to gather data for dashboards.
• Lead bi-monthly state pediatric emergency care workgroup meetings.
• Support governance models for data sharing and decision making.
• Validate data feeds and track progress milestones.
