Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C/APRN with first assist) to join the Neurology team in Naperville and surrounding IL locations. The role blends inpatient, outpatient, and procedure-lab duties, providing endovascular care under physician supervision.

You will perform advanced neuro procedures, order and interpret imaging, document progress, and guide patients through treatment plans while collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• IL APN/PA licensure required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required.
• Master’s level program in specialty area completed.
• First assist certification required for this role.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Prior APN/PA experience in neurology or neurosurgery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for inpatient and outpatient neuro endovascular patients in the procedure lab.
• Under physician supervision, perform endovascular procedures.
• Order imaging, labs, and diagnostic tests; interpret results.
• Educate patients on prescribed regimens and pre/post operative instructions.
• Document progress notes and follow patients through treatment in clinic and hospital.
