Job summary

Innovee Consulting LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer for a long-term engagement on a hybrid work model. You will work across front-end and back-end technologies, delivering scalable software and collaborating with TRS staff to implement robust solutions.

Required skills include C#, Web API, Angular 16+, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Git. A Computer Science or MIS degree with 3–5 years of experience (or equivalent) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of modern application development frameworks, programming languages, and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, business process analysis, functional design principles, documentation standards, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Knowledge of TRS business rules, including those specific to the Pension Software System.
• Familiarity with legacy systems architecture, dependencies, technologies, and integration points.
• Skill in performing all aspects of application development, including coding, unit testing, documentation, code reviews, and submitting pull requests for TRS staff to review.
• Skill in developing, enhancing, and maintaining application components that meet functional and technical requirements.
• Skill in developing clear, actionable user stories and maintaining a prioritized backlog.
• Skill in developing APIs, system interfaces, and automation workflows; ability to deliver high-quality work output with minimal defects.
• Ability to translate technical specifications into maintainable, production-ready software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with TRS technical staff, analysts, testers, and project managers.
• Ability to manage multiple development tasks and meet established timelines.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
