Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking a .Net Developer for a hybrid role in Miami, FL. The project is a temporary assignment lasting 12+ months, with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite. Start ASAP and relocation may be required.

The candidate will work on modernizing legacy systems, integrating data migrations, and building client-facing applications with REST/SOAP APIs and secure authentication.

Qualifications

• Experience with C# and .NET Framework, including OOP and debugging.
• Experience with JavaScript and jQuery, including DOM and AJAX.
• Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including optimization and procedures.
• Experience with MVC framework architecture, routing and security.
• Experience with Windows app development and RESTful/SOAP APIs and auth.
• Experience with SSIS/SSRS including ETL, data transformations and reports.
• Experience with large-scale system modernization and data migration.
• Experience with process automation for workflows, online submission and payments.

Responsibilities

• Transition legacy systems into modern platforms while ensuring data integrity.
• Embed impervious surface review processes into other workflows.
• Optimize building permit processes and related operations.
• Implement automated workload assignment features.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and permits.
• Develop customer-facing applications with online submission, invoicing and payments.
• Support operations through automated workflows and system integrations.
