Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting a .NET Developer / Application Specialist to support USAMRIID at Fort Detrick, MD. The hybrid role focuses on application development, sustainment, and agile practices within the IM Division.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining .NET WebForms/Razor apps, managing requirements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Active NACLC public trust and IAT Level II certification are required to start.

Qualifications

• Experience developing applications with .NET WebForms and/or .NET Razor, C#, SQL Server.
• Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies for software teams.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint Online.
• Strong self-organization with ability to meet sprint commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for government documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and sustain .NET WebForms/Razor applications using Visual Studio, C#, SQL Server.
• Serve as Primary/Secondary Application Specialist for systems, owning requirements and compliance.
• Apply full SDLC including requirements, modeling, architecture, and testing.
• Manage change control and promote through Development, Test, Production gates.
• Perform sustainment, bug fixes, testing, documentation, and end-user training.
• Maintain compliance with AR 25-1, AR 25-2, PII, HIPAA, 21 CFR parts.
• Create requirements, project plans, specs, change records, tests, guides.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, backlog refinement, retrospectives.
• Write/refine user stories and coordinate with Product Owner.
• Use Azure DevOps for backlog and reporting.
