Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid position delivering ABA services to children and families. The role combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities, with flexible full-time or part-time arrangements.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, train caregivers, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams, all while maintaining comprehensive documentation

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
