Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3-5 years of accounting, analysis, and/or finance experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, technical, organizational, verbal and written communications; leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work with customers and internal departments to achieve results, building relationships.
• Subject matter expert in information systems deployment, capability for enterprise systems management; knowledge of OneStream, BI, SAP (COPA data, KE24); proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel; AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support, lead and perform monthly close and analysis of Komatsu North America financials (sales, margins, expenses, headcount, capex).
• Prepare monthly financial reporting package with accurate operating results.
• Identify, implement, and share financial reporting best practices.
• Provide written commentary on month-end results for leadership; partner with corporate leaders for financial recommendations.
• Assist in templates, data collection, and schedules for consolidated financials and budget/outlook.
• Consolidate quarterly/annual financial plans (P&L, balance sheet, units) and analyze key drivers.
