American Society of Clinical Oncology, Inc. (ASCO) is hiring a high-velocity, full-spectrum content creator to join the Integrated Marketing and Communications team in Alexandria, VA.

You will develop storytelling assets, including copywriting, graphics, and video, ensuring cohesive messaging across channels. The role partners with strategists and stakeholders to translate content plans into asset packages, while translating complex scientific concepts into accessible language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 5+ years in marketing/communications as a digital content creator.
• Experience with AP Style and digital content workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated content packages for ASCO and Conquer Cancer across social, email, web, and ads.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate content plans into assets and campaigns.
• Draft and edit brand-aligned copy for multiple digital formats.
• Record and edit simple video content using mobile and studio tools.
• Provide feedback on external vendor assets to ensure consistency.
• Stay updated on oncology trends to inform content topics.
