• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with loan processing software.
• Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, assembles, reviews, verifies, and generates closing documents, ensuring compliance.
• Coordinates with closing attorneys, title companies, Home Centers, and internal teams to complete loan documentation.
• Provides excellent customer service to customers and retail home centers during closing.
• Keeps up-to-date with mortgage lending regulations to ensure compliant loan packages.
• Monitors loan pipeline and balances workload to ensure timely progress.
