Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: FHA, State Housing Conventional, and FNMA/FMLMC loans experience preferred.
• Certifications/Knowledge: Excellent communication and PC skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Mortgage Banker as a point of contact for customers, builders, and realtors during the application process.
• Supports the Mortgage Banker in their effort to increase production volume for the area as directed by the banker.
• Tracks loans through closing, answering customer questions regarding status of files and underwriting requirements.
• Other related administrative duties as needed and/or assigned.
• Accepts and performs other duties as determined to be essential.
