Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a highly skilled assembler for high mix electro-mechanical production in an ISO 7 cleanroom in Fort Collins, CO. You will perform hand soldering, bonding, and test activities with SAP logging and strict IPC/ESD controls, following process sheets to produce complex modules.

The role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and experience in precision assembly. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with electro/mechanical assembly in ISO7 cleanrooms preferred.
• Ability to read assembly docs and follow SOPs precisely.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel for data logging and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce micro-electronic assemblies from specs and drawings.
• Operate tools and equipment, including rework and bonding processes.
• Document build activities and test results in SAP and reports.
• Maintain fixtures, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with the cleanroom team.
• Follow ISO7 cleanroom and safety procedures.
