Foot Locker, Inc. is looking for a Merchandiser/Allocations professional in our NYC corporate office.

This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week, typically Tue–Thu, to develop assortment plans and manage inventory across multiple store locations for maximum sales and profit. You will identify trends, manage in-season performance with Buyers and Financial Planner, and collaborate with top brands to keep shelves current with sneaker culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Apparel, Merchandising, Design or Fashion Retail Management preferred.
• Relevant work experience or other business degrees considered.
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Experience in replenishment, allocations, merchandising, or store management.
• Experience in retail fashion industry or knowledge of sports environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail math and analytical thinking.
• Passion for sneaker culture and drive to influence customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop assortment plans aligned with strategic goals to allocate needs based on demand.
• Identify geographic and market trends using data, publications, market visits and product reviews.
• Compile and analyze product performance data to identify missed opportunities.
• In-season management: review weekly performance with Buyers and Financial Planner and optimize inventories.
