Hybrid Mental Health Therapist (Evenings and Saturdays)

Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is rapidly growing! We are seeking licensed clinicians or clinical social workers in Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) to join our team. The role involves providing mental health services both in person and via telehealth, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. Candidates should be willing to see children, adolescents, and/or adults. This position offers the potential to become a full-time salaried role. Please note: This is a HYBRID role requiring late afternoon/evening and Saturday availability. Graduates are encouraged to apply; bilingual clinicians are a bonus!

Qualifications And Skills

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work
• Active and in good standing Maryland license (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR; excellent communication skills; reliable transportation
• Flexible, organized, creative, self-sufficient

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy in-office or via telehealth
• Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and billing
• Develop and review treatment plans semi-annually
• Assess clients' needs for additional services and make appropriate referrals
• Participate in supervision and staff meetings; attend training and professional development
• Perform other duties as assigned
