Job summary

Moda Health is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to support a hybrid Portland, OR office. You will manage eligibility, enrollment, ID cards, and billing reconciliation for Moda Health and related lines, including COBRA and TPA accounts. Strong Excel/Word skills and 3+ years in similar roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Facets preferred.
• Fast-paced data entry and customer service experience valued.
• Strong Excel/Word and typing speed.
• Good verbal and written communication essential.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle eligibility and enrollment procedures via multiple entry methods.
• Ensure accurate, timely data entry and maintenance for member records.
• Reconcile premiums and administrative fees monthly.
• Generate member ID cards and manage related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional interaction with members and groups.
• Produce monthly enrollment reports and track balances in Excel.
