Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a contact center environment (management preferred).
• Prior credit union or banking experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train and motivate employees.
• Diplomacy and tact in confidential discussions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and advise Member Engagement Specialists while driving performance.
• Adjust staffing to meet call volume and maintain coverage.
• Promote a member-centric environment and resolve issues.
• Conduct quality assurance evaluations and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams in the Member Engagement department.
