Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of workers’ compensation policy and USR data.
• Assist insurers in complying with regulations pertaining to data reporting and experience rating.
• Review data for accuracy and resolve errors in coordination with the team.
• Provide coaching and guidance to data reporters to improve data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data reporting issues.
• Identify and resolve system issues and document fixes.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
