Job summary

Alameda Alliance for Health is seeking a Medicare Field Sales & Community Agent to drive enrollment and retention for MA/D-SNP programs. You will pursue monthly targets (60 enrollments) while maintaining high quality and compliance standards, and collaborate with providers, community partners, and brokers.

Applicants must be California residents, comfortable with a hybrid work model, and capable of working independently in a deadline-driven environment to grow member enrollment and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• AHIP Certification required.
• Vaccination against influenza and COVID-19; TB test clear.
• Two to four years Medicare MA/DSNP experience or related senior services experience.
• Must live in or near Alameda County, CA.

Responsibilities

• Achieve enrollments and retention targets for Medicare Advantage products.
• Engage with providers, community partners, and brokers to grow membership.
• Maintain CMS and state regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Manage lead generation, enrollment applications, and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with members and internal teams; report progress regularly.
