Real Staffing Group is seeking a Labeling Specification Specialist to support medical package labeling initiatives. You will create and review label text, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor labeling changes globally.

The role is hybrid, based near Rice Creek, MN, requiring a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in labeling. Strong proofreading, attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of relevant experience in medical labeling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience reviewing labeling for regulatory and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and reproduce labeling text for medical products.
• Monitor US and international labeling regulations and advise on changes.
• Review promotional materials for accuracy against data and supporting docs.
• Lead labeling projects from design through implementation with supervision as needed.
