Gore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our Medical Products Division. You will process orders, manage inventory, and handle internal customer requests via multiple channels while collaborating with Field Sales Associates.

The role is located at our facility in Phoenix, Tempe, or Flagstaff, Arizona, with a potential hybrid work arrangement. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in a customer-support role with high call volume where accuracy and process discipline are essential.
• Demonstrated experience in navigating through multiple software systems and applications.
• Effective and professional communication skills both written and oral in the region you are supporting.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders using an ERP system and manage inventory/returns.
• Handle internal customer requests via phone, email, fax, and Movemedical.
• Support Field Sales Associates with system tools and resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as liaison between internal and external customers to achieve optimal results.
