is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our Medical Products Division's Field Sales Associate Customer Service team in Arizona. The role focuses on delivering superior service to internal customers by assisting with medical devices and related processes. The position is located at our facility in Phoenix, Tempe, or Flagstaff with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years in a high-volume customer-support role.
• Experience navigating multiple software systems and applications.
• Strong written and oral communication in the supported region.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Flexible, open-minded, solution-oriented team player.
• Ability to work holidays as required.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments under pressure.
• Ability to understand and explain complex transactional information promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders using an ERP system.
• Manage inventory and handling returns.
• Handle internal customer requests via Phone, Email, Fax, and Movemedical.
• Support Field Sales Associates with system tools.
• Troubleshoot system-tool issues for the field sales team.
• Serve as liaison between internal and external customers.
• Maintain awareness of daily demands and commitments.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive service.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiency.
