Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Medical Biller for a hybrid role in Midvale, Utah. You will be responsible for submitting and managing medical claims, resolving denials, posting payments, and ensuring accurate patient accounts, while collaborating with intake, clinical, and revenue cycle teams to support a smooth patient experience.

The position requires 2+ years in medical billing, familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and clearinghouses, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical billing experience.
• Working knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, and payment workflows.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems and clearinghouses.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage medical claims accurately and timely.
• Review and resolve claim rejections and denials.
• Post payments and reconcile patient accounts.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with insurance companies and patients.
• Research unpaid claims and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate documentation and account notes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and share ideas with the team.
