Zotec Partners in Maryland is hiring an AR Specialist to join our hybrid team. You will focus on medical AR follow-up, address claim rejections and denials, and collaborate with insurers to obtain timely status updates.

This role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks daily in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key duties include resolving EOB-driven issues, processing appeals, and maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical billing with EOBs and AR follow-up.
• Experience in radiology billing is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on medical claims rejections and denials.
• Identify billing issues and communicate with insurers for status.
• Process daily correspondence work files and follow up on appeals.
