Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of electromechanical design experience.
• No sponsorship or visa support now or in the future.
• Candidate will be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As a technical leader, create emerging power electronics augmented electromechanical actuation solutions for multiple industries.
• Lead technology projects with diverse teams and external resources.
• Advance mechanical design and packaging of power electronics and converters; identify commercialization opportunities.
• Collaborate with global teams and provide updates to project managers.
• Identify, analyze, and validate advanced electromechanical actuation and motion control technologies.
• Participate in technology strategy discussions and roadmaps.
• Support global technology development with universities, labs and customers.
• Build global capabilities in electromechanical design.
