Bechtel is seeking a Mechanical Dry CSU Engineer to lead commissioning of high-purity process and utility systems at the Chandler, AZ Fab 62 project for Intel. The role requires planning, coordinating, and executing dry commissioning activities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and design intent.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Vendors, and Operations to verify systems meet specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical commissioning experience, especially in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data center, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with mission-critical utility systems (preferred), familiarity with turnover processes.
• Strong knowledge of CSU processes, test packages, and system turnover from green tag to blue tag.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Mechanical DRY CSU Engineer discipline CSU team during commissioning and startup of semiconductor facilities.
• Plan and supervise discipline execution from construction completion through system turnover to operations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Vendors, Quality, Facilities, and Operations.
• Verify systems meet design requirements and regulatory standards, and ensure safety and quality execution.
• Develop commissioning plans, check sheets, and turnover packages.
