Job summary

Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) is seeking a Legal Analyst (MCLE) for temporary, regulatory services. The analyst reviews MCLE accreditation applications for APR 11 compliance, analyzes Certifications of Compliance, and communicates with members and sponsors.

This hybrid, Washington-based role requires attention to detail and confidentiality. The temp position covers Oct 2026–Mar 2026, with a required Associate’s degree and at least two years of admin experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of administrative support experience.
• Experience in regulatory or compliance environments is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process MCLE accreditation applications for APR 11 compliance.
• Review MCLE Certifications of Compliance and track required information.
• Communicate clearly with members, sponsors, and staff on compliance issues.
