Job summary

Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) seeks a Legal Analyst for MCLE in Seattle, WA. This temporary, full‑time position focuses on accrediting CLE activities, verifying compliance, and handling inquiries from members and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, or relevant certification program, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years progressively responsible administrative support/coordination experience.
• Experience in DEI, ethics, compliance, and confidentiality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and process accreditation applications for MCLE under APR 11.
• Review MCLE Certifications of Compliance including Comity Certificates and pursue missing information.
• Communicate with members, sponsors, and others regarding MCLE matters with clarity and professionalism.
• Support MCLE manager with non‑compliance and suspension processes.
