Job summary

Rehlko is a global energy resilience leader seeking a Materials Scheduler for its hybrid Sheboygan, WI site. You will develop and execute supply chain strategies for purchased components across North America, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires experience in purchasing or materials management, familiarity with MRP systems and SAP ERP, and strong proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or APICS Certification preferred.
• Previous purchasing or materials management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with MRP systems and SAP ERP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute order management strategies for respective suppliers and commodities.
• Continuously evaluate the performance of supply strategies and adjust to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with master scheduling, production scheduling, SIOP, freight/shipping partners, and plant operations to support planned production rates.
• Drive cross-functional meetings, analyze performance data/trends, support special projects, and drive key results.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and internal customers to ensure reliability and on-time delivery.
