Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• PMO governance exposure and ability to operate within formal structures.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to obtain PMP certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of assigned functional area and initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, and outcomes are actively planned, governed, and delivered in alignment with the ERP roadmap.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, integrated schedules, and milestone tracking across business, technology, data, and readiness activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams with governance and leadership alignment.
• Provide clear program status to Senior Program Manager, sponsors, and governance forums with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, system integrators, and readiness partners to ensure executable, coordinated plans.
• Support governance forums by tracking actions and changes and ensuring follow-through on commitments.
