Soccer Shots is seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience growing a real business in the San Diego community. This hybrid role combines digital marketing, sales, community outreach, and on-field coaching, helping generate leads, promote programs, build partnerships, and track results while coaching 5–12 sessions weekly for children aged 18 months–10 years.

This role is ideal for a business or marketing student who wants practical skills and a people-focused service

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in social media, digital marketing, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across digital channels and events.
• Engage with prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Learn and manage multiple digital marketing platforms over time.
• Track campaign results and assist with reporting.
• Coach 5–12 soccer sessions per week for children aged 18 months–10 years.
