Job summary

Public Storage in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst to support pricing and marketing operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You will work with Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data Science teams to generate insights and influence decisions.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in business analytics, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in business/marketing/pricing analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing, occupancy, and marketing performance to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Support pricing, revenue optimization, and campaign performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data teams.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across KPI definitions.
• Document reporting logic and assist with strategic analyses.
