Job summary

RSI Security is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the Dallas area to plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events from start to finish. The role supports day-to-day marketing operations, including content creation, posting, and campaign coordination, with a focus on timely, brand-consistent execution.

Hybrid position requiring travel to in-person events, including some evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of turning templates

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating internal and external events from planning to on-site execution.
• Support marketing with day-to-day operations including content creation, posting, and campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and attend events with logistics and on-site coordination.
• Manage event communications, invitations, materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Support campaign coordination, performance tracking, and project documentation.
• Draft, edit, and post content across social media, blogs, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership on marketing initiatives.
• Maintain event records, vendor contracts, and budgets.
