BCEN is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join its in-house team. The role supports social media, email campaigns, website content, events, and merchandise logistics, while partnering with multiple departments to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of professional marketing experience.
• Advanced education in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, or related field.
• Proficiency with WordPress and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish social posts across channels using content calendar.
• Support email marketing campaigns and email journeys.
• Maintain BCEN website content and create pages in WordPress/Elementor.
• Assist with events, merchandise coordination, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to design of marketing materials, flyers, and signage.
• Produce performance reports and provide insights for leadership.
• Coordinate administrative duties for the marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
