Experitec Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to drive content, campaigns, and digital initiatives from our Chesterfield, MO office with hybrid options.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to deliver compelling materials and programmatic marketing that strengthens customer engagement and growth. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B marketing, strong writing, SEO, analytics, and experience with CRM and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or closely related field.
• Three or more years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, marketing communications, and/or website- and graphic design.
• Strong out-front communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience developing marketing content across multiple formats and channels.
• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
• Demonstrated track record of project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing content across case studies, blogs, emails, and social media.
• Create content for social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and YouTube.
• Support website content and digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, and sales enablement materials.
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams on campaigns.
