Job summary

Foth is seeking a Marine Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on marine infrastructure modernization projects across the United States, including the Midwest, East Coast and Southeast regions. The hybrid role can be based in Newport, RI, Green Bay, WI, Jacksonville, FL, Marion, MA, Madison, WI, or Duluth, MN.

You will serve as a technical and project delivery leader, managing scope, budget and schedule while fostering client relationships and aligning solutions with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years in heavy civil engineering, infrastructure planning, design and delivery.
Experience managing projects through planning, permitting, design, construction and closeout.
Professional Engineer (PE) or PMP license or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all phases of marine infrastructure projects.
Serve as primary client contact, aligning technical solutions with client objectives.
Manage scope, budget, schedule, resources, risk, quality and communications.
Guide capital improvement planning and phased implementation strategies.
Identify market opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives.
Help develop standard work practices and technical resources.
