Job summary

The Foth Companies seeks a Marine Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects across the Midwest, East Coast, and Southeast. Hybrid role based in Green Bay, WI or other Foth offices such as Jacksonville, Madison, Newport, and Duluth.

Responsibilities include guiding project teams end-to-end, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with rigorous safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible heavy civil engineering, infrastructure planning, design, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through cost estimating, planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Serve as the primary client contact, aligning technical solutions with client objectives.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, resources, risk, quality, and communications for successful delivery.
• Guide capital improvement planning and phased implementation strategies for public and private clients.
• Identify market opportunities and growth aligned with Foth's capabilities.
• Contribute to standard work practices, design guides, and technical resources.
