Job summary

The Foth Companies seek a Marine Infrastructure Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on infrastructure modernization projects across the Midwest, East Coast, and Southeast. This hybrid role can be based in Green Bay, WI; Madison, WI; or other listed offices as part of our growing Civil Engineering practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in heavy civil engineering, infrastructure planning, design, and project delivery.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or PMP license or ability to obtain licensure in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through cost estimating, planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Serve as the primary client contact, fostering relationships and aligning technical solutions with client objectives.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risk, quality, and stakeholder communications for delivery success.
• Guide capital improvement planning, phased implementation strategies, and infrastructure investment programs.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends aligned with Foth's growth objectives.
• Support development of standard work practices, design guides, and technical resources for the discipline.
