You will interact with factory leaders to improve cost efficiency across locations in the USA, Germany, and Singapore. The role requires a Master’s in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years in manufacturing finance or cost accounting, with ERP experience (Oracle/SAP).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or foreign equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience.
• Experience with monthly close processes, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP for cost reporting.
• Ability to present materials to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the product costing process.
• Assist with cost build-ups for specific products and budget/forecast support.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and support long-range planning.
• Develop product-specific cost data for USA, Germany, and Singapore manufacturing.
• Interact with factory leaders to describe operational issues affecting cost efficiency.
