Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, finance, and/or inventory management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP/OTC.
• Ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in orthopedic medical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of logistics and data analysts and set growth plans.
• Develop data storytelling to align supply chain with business plans.
• Design and optimize US GDCL distribution network and KPIs.
• Deliver BI dashboards to track OTIF, inventory turns, and costs.
