Job summary

Plan International USA is seeking an Associate to join its Major Gifts team. This hybrid position is based in Washington, DC or Providence, RI, with regular in-office days as needed.

The MG team builds relationships with US-based donors and partners at the $5K+ level to advance girls' rights globally. You will support prospect research, proposals and reports, donation asks, and project management, primarily coordinating internal efforts to enable frontline fundraisers.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a professional office environment.
• Prior fundraising/partnership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with international development and multi-cultural environment preferred.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for MG workflows and events.
• Coordinate donor inquiries, grant portal registrations, and due diligence documents.
• Prepare meetings briefs and donor materials.
• Assist in drafting Ethical Engagement documents and coordinating follow-ups.
