Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Maintenance Specialist. You will help ensure quality by conducting quality and performance checks, performing repairs, and charging and cleaning vehicles. You will also assist with the deployment, staging, and collection of scooters in warehouse and field settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a company vehicle to transport scooters according to mobile app-guided destinations.
  • Assist in fleet deployment, staging, and scooter collection in the warehouse and field.
  • Relocate scooters to meet demand requirements promptly.
  • Perform quality and performance checks on scooters and vehicles.
  • Diagnose and perform basic repairs on scooters, following company procedures.
  • Clean and disinfect scooters to ensure a safe rider experience.
  • Ensure all vehicles are charged and maintained per safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shift goals and participate in product testing.
  • Conduct repairs and diagnostics to maintain fleet operations.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
  • Manage inventory movement within the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of repair, diagnostic, and assembly experience
  • Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Smartphone proficiency and ability to multitask with mobile apps.
  • Capability to lift 80-90 lbs. (with or without accommodation).
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Proactive and communicative with a collaborative work style.
  • Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods.
  • Previous experience in delivery, rideshare, warehouse, or similar field preferred.
