• Minimum of 6 years' experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes.
• Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations.
• Strong communication, deadlines and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and opposing counsel to advance litigation strategy.
• Produce timely deliverables, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to manage complex disputes.
