Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 3+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Financial modeling and valuation experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Create financial models for strategic scenarios and opportunities.
• Conduct valuation analyses (DCF, comps, precedent transactions, SOTP).
• Develop PowerPoint materials for discussions with executives.
• Be a strategic partner to leaders on product and market strategies.
• Help prepare deal materials (pitch books, teasers, memos).
• Support due diligence and strategic planning with data review and risk assessment.
• Monitor industry trends, deal activity, and financial performance.
