Job summary

Saint Joe’s in Sharonville, OH is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a hybrid role spanning an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) and Blue Ash Day Program. You’ll oversee nursing care, administer medications, monitor health, and support individuals in residential and community settings.

The position requires an Ohio RN or LPN license, strong clinical assessment and communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple sites.

• 6:00 AM — 9:30 AM
• 3:00 PM — 6:00 PM

Blue Ash Day Program

• 9:30 AM — 3:00 PM

In this hybrid role, you will provide nursing oversight, medication administration, health monitoring, and individualized support while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

What You Need

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple service locations
• Trach/vent experience preferred (not required, we’ll train you)
