• Stage the resuscitation bay each shift (airway, access, meds).
• Manage the caseload for seasoned mid-level clinicians.
• Handle after-hours Medication Reconciliation calls for the Hilo line.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused care setting.
• Operate and maintain clinical equipment per guidelines.
• Support Blood Draw and Fall Prevention cases from intake to follow-up in Hilo.
• Bridge language gaps with interpreter services for informed consent in Hilo.
• Flag pending results to keep the mid-level provider ahead.
