Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Michigan licensure (LPC) in Troy, MI. The role includes in-office probationary work followed by a hybrid schedule (50% in office, 50% remote).

You must be within 45 minutes of the Troy office and hold a 60-credit hour program. Experience treating depression and anxiety and the ability to build a full caseload with 30 hours weekly are required, with credentialing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Michigan.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or Post‑graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to clients.
• Independently conduct intakes and diagnose under a licensed supervisor (preferred).
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Offer flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
