Moderna is seeking a Manager, Logistics & Distribution to lead daily warehouse, inventory, and distribution operations. You will align stakeholders, manage performance, and ensure GDP‑compliant processes across inbound and outbound flows.

The role emphasizes cost-to-serve optimization, collaboration with Quality, Trade Compliance, and Manufacturing, and ongoing process improvement within a hybrid in‑office model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics operations, warehousing, or cold chain with leadership.
• Ability to ensure GDP, GMP, data integrity, and trade compliance.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define operational requirements with Moderna Digital and Logistics Engineering.
• Support integration with 3PLs and carriers for visibility.
• Develop logistics KPIs and dashboards for performance.
• Coordinate internal and external partners to deliver initiatives on time.
• Maintain SOPs and documentation with 3PL partners.
• Run day-to-day logistics across inbound, warehousing, and outbound.
