Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or similar role in transportation.
• Strong understanding of route planning software and fleet management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of George and surrounding Western Cape areas is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily activities of delivery drivers.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes using logistics software.
• Monitor driver performance and conduct reviews.
