Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with loan processing or origination systems preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, evaluate, and prioritize elements to approve and build loans.
• Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Gather third-party documentation and verify ownership of real estate.
• Maintain knowledge of loan policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline and meet performance targets.
