Job summary

Thriving Center of Psychology in New York City is hiring a licensed LMHC for a full-time, W2 role on a hybrid schedule between our Manhattan offices and remote work. You will join a supportive clinical community with weekly case consultations and a steady caseload.

We offer a salary range of $80,000–$105,000 per year, plus a 5% performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, CEU stipend, gym reimbursement, and onboarding support with two Manhattan offices.

Qualifications

• Active and clear New York LMHC license.
• Master's degree in mental health counseling.
• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient.
• Able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
• Collaborative approach and a commitment to high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy in person or by telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns, in person and by telehealth.
• Use evidence‑based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
• Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.
• Maintain timely, high‑quality clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians.
