Job summary

Ellie Mental Health Woodbridge is seeking licensed or provisionally licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our team in New Jersey. You will manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support, supervision, and mentorship, with the flexibility to work in-person or remotely.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey.
• Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care.
• Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families.
• Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions.
• Participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
• Maintain documentation per company policies.
